NEG 2009 Hotel Information The NEG will be hosted at the Holiday Inn, which is located on 205 Wolf Rd. in Albany, NY. The hotel has gone to great lengths every year to accomodate us. This year will be no exception. The entire event is based out of the hotel. All the caravans start from the hotel, the car show will be held at the hotel, the costume party will be held at the hotel, a large portion of the parking lot will be sectioned off for all registered guests at the hotel, and awards presentation will be at the hotel. The hotel is very clean & modern. It also has so many ammenities to offer such as:
We strongly suggest you stay at the hotel because if you dont, you will definately miss out on all the small moments that make the event so memoriable. In the event that you choose not to stay at the hotel, you will not be eligible to benefit from all the hotel has to offer. As far as room rates are concerned. Thursday nights are $69.00 a night, Friday night is $119.00 per night, and Saturday is $119.00 per night. Check out on Sunday must be done by 12:00 pm. 1.
